Introducing Monday Morning Madness!



Strength Personal Training is excited to introduce a brand new video series, Monday Morning Madness!  
Each Monday, we will post a high-intensity, 8-minute workout you can follow along with at home! 

This short, but effective workout will have you burn about 200 calories, the equivalent to jogging at a moderate pace for 45 minutes!
